Everyone would love to get paid for surveys. Well, maybe not everyone, but I certainly would. I love surveys; I take surveys for free all the time just for fun. Not only do I do any survey that anyone every asks me to do, but I’ll actually go looking for surveys to fill out online now and then when I’m bored. If you want to create a website, there are innumerable ways to do it. For me, I just wanted to create a family website, one where I could show off family photos and share memories and stories with other family members. When I first decided to create a website, I was hesitant about the idea of a wiki, although it was what was suggested to me by friends who know about the web. A wiki is a site where anyone who wants to can edit content at any time, and even post pictures or music to the site. I was worried that if I were to create a website like that, some random jerk could come along and deface it, or even post objectionable things on it which might shock and traumatize my children. What is your Internet service? Please tell me you're not still struggling with a dial-up service. Hopefully you have converted to Comcast high speed Internet, or at least some cable Internet service. Sure, I know, DSL can be cheaper. Believe me, I've tried DSL and it's not all it's cracked up to be. I simply don't see the small savings each month balancing out with the quality of the service. I would rather pay a little more for Comcast high speed Internet and be able to roam the net freely without all of the slow downloads and irksome surfing in low gear. It's time to crank up the speed.
